Ahead of the new launch, ACSM recommends that membership renewal and recertification should be completed by February 13, 2025
The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) is launching a new Association Management System (AMS) with enhanced self-service capabilities, including immediate benefits when renewing or joining, password resets, membership and certificate PDFs, membership type changes, Chapter membership addition and automatic renewal.
Certification candidates will also find a streamlined application and bundled exam preparation options, according to ACSM.
While ACSM prepares to roll out a new management system, some website functionality will be temporarily closed from February 13 to 20, 2025. During this period, the following content will be inaccessible:
- Members only content
- Online courses
- Exam application
- Register, schedule and reschedule
- Membership joining and updating
- Member directory
- recertification
ACSM recommends that any urgent tasks, such as membership renewal and recertification, should be completed by February 13, 2025.
