F45 To Offer Hyrox Workouts as Part of New Partnership

As an official training partner, F45 studios around the world can offer their members Hyrox training, priority access to competitions, and more

With both brands developing innovative functional training, fitness competition pioneer Hyrox and F45 Training, known for its 45-minute HIIT classes, have a lot in common. The two parties have now become partners, signing a two-year agreement that will see F45 become the Official Training Partner of Hyrox.

The agreement will provide Hyrox fitness services to members of all participating F45 fitness clubs, excluding Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Dowd added: “By working closely together, we see opportunities to continue our global expansion, supporting the community in achieving their health and fitness goals.”

Hyrox was founded in 2017 and held its first event a year later. The brand’s races, usually held in large indoor exhibition halls, consist of eight one-kilometer runs, each separated by functional exercises, with participants performing moves such as sled pushes, farmer’s backs and sandbag lunges.
