The luxury sports and country club operator expands its free app with 100 new on-demand fitness classes and meditation classes and addresses consumer confusion about supplements

Life Time has launched 100 new on-demand courses on its free app and already offers 50 videos.

Instructor-led classes range from 5 to 60 minutes in length and cover a variety of categories including Strength, Cardio, Stretching, Warm-up & Cool-down, Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Active Aging (designed for ages 55 and up person design), and meditation.
