The brand experienced record-breaking year-over-year growth, with its new Los Angeles location opening in just weeks
Pvolve is expanding rapidly in the U.S. and Canada, recording its second consecutive year of growth. The company’s revenue grew 225% last year, helped by its franchising strategy and partnership with Jennifer Aniston.
evolution In the past year alone, the brand has issued 50 franchise licenses and opened more than 40 stores in North America. The brand operates 15 stores, eight of which were opened in the past eight months in key markets such as Atlanta and San Diego. Five more stores will be open by the end of the year in high-demand areas such as the San Francisco Bay Area, Boulder and Palm Beach Gardens. Its newest store in Santa Monica will open on September 21.
“Growing interest from both single-store and multi-store health and wellness business owners speaks volumes about the appeal of the Pvolve franchise model,” said Stacey Heald, COO of Franchise Development at Pvolve. “Our unique omnichannel business model, coupled with our internal support structure and clinically-enabled approach to exercise, has been key to driving this growth.”
Pvolve has also created an omnichannel fitness ecosystem, offering 1,400 on-demand classes, over 40 live classes per week through its interactive Live Virtual Studio, and over 44 specialty workout series. Pvolve’s growth has been further accelerated by its ongoing partnership with Jennifer Aniston, who joined the brand in 2023. Aniston’s endorsement has resulted in a 650% increase in brand searches and a 40% increase in social media followers. Partnerships with established brands such as Vuori, Erewhon, and Sakara have also expanded the company’s reach.
Pvolve is popular among women over 40, likely due to Aniston’s endorsement. The University of Exeter’s Healthy Aging Study found that Pvolve significantly improved strength, flexibility, energy, and overall quality of life in women over 40. A lower back pain study conducted by the University of Minnesota showed that Pvolve’s “Back Strengthening Series” reduced lower back pain by 80% in just 12 weeks.
As Pvolve looks to the future, one of the most anticipated milestones is the September 21 opening of a new location in Santa Monica, California. This studio will further solidify Pvolve’s presence on the West Coast. Fitness and marketing expert Paige Gilson will lead the effort as franchise partner. Continued expansion into the Los Angeles area fitness scene is likely to continue to expand Pvolve’s loyal community.
“Pvolve’s phenomenal growth truly speaks to the power behind our unique approach to exercise,” said Julie Cartwright, President of Pvolve. “By combining functional fitness with our specialized resistance equipment, we not only deliver body-sculpting results, but also promote overall wellness, creating a strong, flexible body that supports long-term health.”
