These Female CEOs Are Changing the Face of Boutique Fitness

Pvolve, TREMBLE, RE/GEN Method and BODYBAR Pilates leaders share their thoughts on being a leader in fitness and wellness

These female founders are leading innovation, spearheading new projects and focusing on issues such as mental health, women’s health, menopause and more.

Additionally, these leaders actively advocate for the advancement of other women in the industry—whether through licensing franchise opportunities or creating career paths for their own teams—while running their own businesses and serving in the multiple roles held by women.
